However, if you are not satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.

U.S. & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

XIP3 Jackets
You may return new, unused Xip3 jackets within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund,
less shipping costs and a restocking fee, charged on returns only.
Please note that it takes us 5-7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Department.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, calculated from the DHL, UPS or USPS delivery date.

TRANSFORMERS Jackets
The TRANSFORMERS jackets have been produced as a numbered, Limited Edition.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for you.

We CANNOT accept returns on the TRANSFORMERS jackets.

It is the customer’s responsibility to report any damage that may have taken place during shipping within 48 hours of receiving their jacket(s).

RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING COSTS
In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren’t theirs.

When the error does not lie with us, the customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item(s), less the original shipping fee and less a 25% restocking fee.
Returns on Xip3 jackets are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days, calculated from the UPS or DHL delivery date.

TIPS ON RETURNING YOUR JACKET
Please repack your jacket(s) in sturdy packaging, and include the packing slip you received with the shipment.
Drop off the package at any UPS drop-off location.
If you need to use a different carrier for the return, please make sure that your package is prepaid.
We recommend that you insure your package. COD packages will not be accepted.
